Endoscopic Ultrasound Print E-mail
What is the procedure?

The endoscopic ultrasound is performed to help the physician look beyond surface layers and into the deeper surrounding area and organs. After your procedure, you will be taken back to the recovery room and will be observed closely until you awaken. Biopsies (tissue samples) can be taken through the scope. Results will be available in 5-7 working days.
