 Dr. Priebe earned a bachelor of science degree with scholastic distinction
from The University of Michigan. He went to medical school at Wayne State
University in Detroit and performed his internship and internal medicine
residency at St. Joseph's Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
From 1977 through 1978, Dr. Priebe held a clinical teaching position at The
University of Michigan. Subsequently, he had a gastroenterology fellowship at
Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. In 1980, he opened his private
gastroenterology practice in Tacoma, and in 1977, he associated with Tacoma
Digestive Disease Center.
Dr. Priebe is a past president of the Tacoma Academy of Internal Medicine and is
a fellow in the American College of Gastroenterology.
