Julie Crantz, MSN, ARNP |

 Julie Crantz joined the Tacoma Digestive Disease Center in September 1999. She had previously been in primary care in a family practice. Before receiving her Master of Science degree in Nursing at Pacific Lutheran University in 1996, she had extensive experience in cardiology nursing and research at Stanford University Hospital Coronary Care and Critical Care Transport Service.
She has a broad background in emergency medicine, medical, surgical, and maternity nursing.
A true native of the Puget Sound region, Ms. Crantz also received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University where she frequently lectures.
She is a supporter of the Northwest Swallowing Center and is a Clinical Faculty member at Pacific Lutheran University School of Nursing. She has also provided primary care services to the Tacoma Rainiers baseball team and the Tacoma hockey teams since 1996.
Ms. Crantz is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the American College of Nurse Practitioners.
